Hi, I'm Riley!
My name is Riley Tousignant, and I work with both commercial and retail sales at Harry Brown's. I grew up in Faribault, MN, spent some years in Fargo, ND, and later returned to Faribault. I studied business management at South Central Community College in Faribault. On weekends, I enjoy camping at Le Mieux Campgrounds with friends and family. A lifelong automotive enthusiast, I love watching YouTube videos about vehicles and working on my Mitsubishi Evo or one of my many Hondas. I also participate in racing events at the Brainerd International Raceway. Beyond Faribault, I spend time in Owatonna, MN, reconnecting with high school friends and watching our kids play together. During my time in Fargo, I developed a fondness for Grand Junction Subs, a favorite lunch spot I haven’t found a match for in Faribault.
At Harry Brown's, I focus on both commercial and retail vehicle sales, making sure to understand and meet each customer's needs and preferences. I provide detailed information about vehicle choices, features, and financing options, guiding customers through every step of the sales process from their first inquiry to the final deal. With a strong knowledge of our products, I highlight the benefits of each vehicle, answer any questions, handle all the paperwork, and ensure our customers are happy with their purchase. Building lasting relationships and fostering customer loyalty are key parts of my role, and I take great pride in doing so.
I start by thoroughly understanding your needs and preferences, offering detailed insights into vehicle options, features, and financing. I arrange test drives for a hands-on experience, clarify financing and leasing terms, negotiate fair deals, and handle paperwork efficiently to ensure accurate documentation. After the sale, I provide ongoing support, answering questions, explaining vehicle features and maintenance, and building long-term relationships to enhance your satisfaction and loyalty throughout your ownership journey.
