Hi, I'm Keith!

I’m Keith Kramer, General Manager at Harry Brown's in Faribault, MN. I grew up in Gurnee, Illinois, and attended Westlake Christian Academy in Zion, IL, for high school. My college journey took me through the College of Lake County, Minnesota State University for a bachelor's in Finance, and Liberty University for a master's in Accounting. I'm also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). On weekends, you can find me at the North Shore of Lake Superior, enjoying the natural beauty. I love reading and podcasting, particularly works by Patrick Lencioni and John Maxwell. I'm passionate about sports, both playing and watching, and have coached soccer for several years. Traveling is also a favorite pastime of mine, especially to beach destinations like Riviera Maya, Clearwater, and Punta Cana. When it comes to dining, Gran Plaza is my favorite spot for its amazing food!

As the General Manager of Harry Brown's, my role involves leading and managing our team across sales, finance, service, and administration to ensure smooth and profitable operations. I set goals, provide direction, and foster a positive work environment while developing and implementing sales strategies to meet our targets. I also oversee marketing efforts to attract customers and adjust our inventory based on market trends and customer preferences. Financial management is a key part of my job, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring we maintain profitability. I prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and building strong relationships to encourage repeat business. Additionally, I ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with vehicle manufacturers and other partners. My goal is to drive the dealership's growth and success, identifying new opportunities and areas for expansion.
